Well so far I have done pretty good on my eating plan. Here's what I've had to eat so far:
Breakfast- Total Whole Grain cereal- 1 cup, 1/2 banana, 1 cup fat free milk
Morning snack- 1 hard boiled egg
Lunch- Tuna Salad (made with 6 oz chunk white tuna, 1 tablespoon reduced fat mayo, 1/2 cup chopped celery,1/2 small green apple, small onion chopped, ground black pepper to taste) over plate full of mixed salad greens, 1/2 whole wheat sandwich round, 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
I can definitely say that I am full! For dinner tonight I am having grilled chicken teriyaki with stir fried veggies. And for my exercise, I did 30 minutes on my recumbent bike.
